Dear Parents/Guardians of First Year Students.
Today, Friday 4th September, your child is bringing home the HSE consent form and information leaflet for vaccinations taking place in school on 23rd September. Please read the information, complete and sign the consent form to state whether you do or do not consent to vaccination and return to the school on Monday 7th September in the envelope provided.
